I have a bad habit of procrastinating. It is something I need to work on but a usual I always put it aside. My New Years resolution is to get fit and healthy; I'm sure everyone says this at some point. Well for a few months I was following through but somehow this month I dropped the ball. Now, I'm struggling to get back in the game. So I'm writing this post as a way of motivating myself. I hope that this will work.
I'm planning on starting fresh in the morning. If I have to force myself I'm gonna do it. Maybe I should put on work out clothes.. that could trigger something... possibly.
